Overview:


 

BB VIEW is an expansion board designed by Embest dedicatedly for BeagleBone family to connect 24-bit LCD displays.


 Features:

  • Supports Embest’s LCD Module such as LCD8000-43T and LCD8000-70T.

  • Can be used on Beagleong black and BeagleBone

  • The design that extends the I/O interfaces of BB-Black Replica allows users have access to rest of I/O interfaces while using LCD display function.

  • Powered byBeagleBone Black or BeagleBone directly without need of external power supply.

  • Mounting holes ensure a reliable assembly of BB VIEW and BeagleBone Black by using brass tube plugs and nuts.

  • The LCD interface definitions are as same as that of Embest’s single board computers such as Devkit8000 and SBC8600, which means it is fully compatible with the hardware design of these single board computers.

    Note:Currently 4.3-inch and 7-inch LCD modules have been proved on BB-Black Replica. The support to VGA8000、LVDS8000 plus will be covered later.
